- The residents’ initiative must involve residents in the same street or neighbourhood.
- All applicants must live in the street or neighbourhood where the initiative is taking place.
- You cannot apply for more than €1.500.
- The initiative does not involve a foundation or association, which could make the application.
- Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
- The activity is planned in the Fonds 1818 region.
- Multiple local residents will benefit from the initiative.
- The project does not aim to make money.
- Everyone involved in the initiative is working on a voluntary basis. A professional may be hired in temporarily if necessary.
- You can only apply for a donation for the same project once a year.
- The project must start at least two weeks after the next closing date.
- The project must start within six months of the donation being allocated.
- The money is not intended for buying sports materials or other valuable equipment, such as trampolines, computers, printers, beamers, photo and video equipment.
- The maximum donation for street and neighbourhood parties is €300.
- Please compile a detailed budget for the costs. Applications for projects without a budget will not be processed.
- The plan must be submitted by at least three applicants. They may not be related or live at the same address.
